The condo (the 17th Fairway) is down from the Clubhouse - which has a golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts, outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, a restaurant and pro shop. Also on the property are play grounds, outdoor grills, hiking trail and trout fishing. The 17th Fairway has everything you need to cook meals, a coffee bar, updated finishes and decor, wifi, TV's, board games, a pull out full sleeper sofa and balcony to enjoy the scenery. Pointe Royale is close to entertainment (we love the aquarium!), shopping, hiking, boating, fishing and more!
